This product is an add-on accessory belonging to the Mule Carrier product family which, when used in conjunction with any Vanspeed Mule Carrier Mounting Plate, provides a configurable mounting surface for your top-mount bike rack attachments.  Included with the purchase of the Mule Carrier Bike Rack are the rack brackets, as well as all the hardware necessary to mount the product into place on the Mule Carrier Mounting Plate.

**RECOMMENDED: 1-UP Roof Rack (sold separately here) make sure to choose the  1.5" bolt version
